What to expect?

Appointment to Invoice

  • Make an appointment by texting (262) 278-0129. We'll call you back within 48 hours. If for some reason you do not hear back in 48 hours please reach out again.

  • We'll gather your basic information (address of RV, billing address, email, phone number), ask questions about the issue including make/ model numbers, RV access to hook-ups, and ask for photos and videos to aid in the process of repair.

  • If a detailed breakdown of parts is requested, to cover the time we spend locating and pricing every component, we charge a $100 estimate fee.  If you choose us for your service, we’ll happily credit the full $100 back toward your final invoice—so it’s not an extra cost, it’s just part of making sure you get the right parts at the right price. What you get:
    – A detailed breakdown of parts and costs
    – Confidence that we’ve sourced genuine, high-quality components

  • We will establish a date and arrival window for us to come to you.  You'll receive a text confirmation for your scheduled appointment, when we are in route and when your service call is completed.

  • When we are first on site.  Our technician will brief you on the tactics for diagnosing the issue. The customer will sign a contact agreement that allows RV technician to begin work.

  • You'll receive a digital invoice and payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Debit/ Credit, or Bank Transfer.

  • No worry guarantee! We do not charge a service call fee if we cannot address your RV issue in some capacity.

We carry the most common repairs on our truck, however there are many times that parts need to be ordered. We prefer if our RV technician sources the parts to ensure they are genuine and high-quality components. If the customer supplies parts we cannot back their quality or function.
